When Faith Disappoints by Lisa Victoria Fields

When Faith Disappoints

The Gap Between What We Believe And What We Experience

For anyone who feels the weight of injustice, trauma, and suffering, the founder of the Jude 3 Project invites you to discover how to find hope when you can’t make sense of the pain.

You don't have to fear offending Him by verbalizing your questions. He knows your heart and questions, even if you don't voice them. He is your creator. You don't have to be scared. You don't need to run when it gets complicated; you can lean into the questions. God will meet you there.

You have permission to wrestle with God.

Lisa Victoria Fields understands the tension of relying on God in a broken world. In conversations with Christians and skeptics alike, she hears the questions of our hearts: Why doesn’t God protect me from suffering and injustice? Others don’t seem to think I have value -does God?

Fields shows us how emotional painoften more than theological concernsis at the root of our doubt.

Bring your deepest soul questions to this journey as we explore:

Through vulnerable storytelling and thoughtful use of Scripture, Fields tends to our hurting hearts and offers hope that brings us back to the truth of Christianity-not despite the pain of this world but in light of it.
